Rules Explained
Trading Period
This refers to the timeframe you are given to meet the profit target. XVXT offers an unlimited Trading Period, meaning you can take as much time as you need to meet your goal. This is designed to remove time pressure and allow traders to focus on strategy.
Unlimited trading period
Trading Days
This is the minimum number of days within the Trading Period on which you must place at least one trade. At XVXT we have a 3 Minimum Trading Days rule, that means that you go to next Phase when the Profit Target is reached without breaching the rules.
Daily Loss
Also known as the “trader’s daily stop-loss,” this is the maximum amount you are allowed to lose in one day. It includes both the outcomes of closed positions and the current floating profits or losses on open positions.
One Step Challenge
Phase 1 and Funded: -3% of the initial balance.
For example, with an XVXT account having an initial balance of $100,000, the Max Daily Loss limit is $3,000. If you lose $2,000 in closed trades, you cannot have open positions losing more than $1,000 that day.
Two Steps Challenge
Phase 1, Phase 2 and Funded: -5% of the initial balance.
For example, with an XVXT account having an initial balance of $200,000, the Max Daily Loss limit is $10,000. If you lose $8,000 in closed trades, you cannot have open positions losing more than $2,000 that day.
Total Loss
This is the absolute loss limit that your account can hit during the entire duration of the Trading Period. With XVXT, if your account balance starts at $100,000, the lowest it can go is $90,000. This is known as an “account stop-loss,” designed to offer protection to both traders and investors.
One Step Challenge
Phase 1 & Funded: -6% of the initial balance
Two Steps Challenge
Phase 1, Phase 2 and Funded: -10% of the initial balance
Profit Target
This is the financial goal that you must achieve to pass to the next stage. XVXT sets this as a percentage of the initial account balance.
One Step Challenge
- Phase 1: +10%
- Funded: No target
For example, if you start with $100,000, you have a profit target of $10,000 in Phase 1.
Two Steps Challenge
- Phase 1: +8%
- Phase 2: +5%
- Funded: No target
For example, if you start with $100,000, you have a profit target of $8,000 in Phase 1, and $5,000 in Phase 2.
Profit Split
At our firm, traders enjoy a favorable 80/20 profit split, retaining a significant majority of their earnings. And for those who opt for our Scale Plan, the deal is even sweeter: a remarkable 90/10 split. This structure reflects our commitment to empowering our traders, maximizing their earnings as they contribute to and grow with our platform.
